Pyrus salicifolia ‘Pendula’
Common name: Weeping willowleaf pear
Pyrus salicifolia ‘Pendula’ is a small deciduous pear tree with silvery, willow-like leaves and a weeping shape. It is ornamental, as the pears are hard and astringent. The large, white flowers in spring have striking, black-tipped stamens.
