Camellia sasanqua 'Shôwa-no-sakae' is a shrubby camellia with a pendulous habit, broader than it is tall. It has purply-pink, semi-double flowers in late fall. Our sole specimen is just north of the Korean Pavillon. Also known as C. hiemalis 'Shôwa-no-sakae'
