Common name: Ozark witch hazel, weeping vernal witch hazel
Hamamelis vernalis' Pendula' is native to the southeast US. In our Garden, it has yellow flowers, and the leaves are bright yellow in autumn. It does not grow very tall, up to 1.75m (6ft). The tree photo shows one of the specimens at the 37th and Oak pedestrian entrance in autumn.
