Common Name: may-apple
Podophyllum 'Spotty Dotty' is easily grown in well-drained soils in part or full shade. Depending on soil type it can go dormant in summer. It has bad-smelling red flowers which attract flies, and the spotty foliage is either dramatic or creepy, depending on your taste. It is a hybrid of P. peltatum. Video.
