Common name: Snowbird Hawthorn
Crataegus x mordenensis 'Snowbird' is a Canadian cultivar developed at the Morden Research Centre in Manitoba, so it is very hardy. In May it has beautiful large rose-like white flowers which are striking against its shiny green foliage. Our specimen is in the Canadian Heritage Garden.
