Common name: Molly The Witch, golden peony, Caucasian peony
Paeonia mlokosewitschii (since 2002 Paeonia daurica ssp. mlokosewitschii) is an herbacious plant native to the Caucasus Mountains. It was named after the Polish botanist who discovered it, and its common name is a play on his last name. Its seed pods are very colourful in autumn.
