Rosa 'F.J. Grootendorst' is a hybrid rugosa rose, with small flowers over a long bloom period. The tight blooms look like they were cut with pinking shears. Grootendorst was a Dutch nurseryman who introduced this rose in 1918. There is also a white form. Both are in the Heritage Rose Garden.
